Just updated my Zune 30gb, this is awesome! Device is a lot smoother and faster. The Zune software is great too, looks awesome, fluid animations, very easy to use. I'm wireless synching a bunch of podcasts right now, including ENGADGET! (which I've never listened to but now will!!!) Firmware on my Zune 30gb is 2.2
