Are you having Zune problems?

While some sporadic problems with any new device are to be expected, we've had a few reports of problems with the latest Zunes (and the latest Zune software) and thought we'd open thing up and see just how widespread they might be. The most prevalent problem, such as it is, is an issue with the DRM that is apparently preventing folks from downloading songs from the Zune Marketplace, even though it seems to have no such problem taking your MS points. On a related front, ZuneBoards' lpxxfaintxx has posted instructions for downgrading your Zune software and firmware (see below), although it's not clear if that'll do anything to fix the DRM problem. We've also had a report of the Zune 80's hard drive causing some interference over the headphone jack, although that appears to be even more limited. So, any Zune users out there suffering from some similar (or altogether different) problems?

Yeah, my Zune screen is cracked, I can tell its from the battery because of how the crack starts from where the battery is, and where it branches out, I hope I don't have to pay anything.
I can´t see my videos in my collection with the new software, they are in the right format and in the right folder. Anyone have some ideas? please help me
I have zune v1.0 and once i upgraded my f/w to 2.0 i HATE it. PC s/w is such a piece of SHEET. My FM radio quality has deteriorated and I can not figure out the s/w. it is WORST piece of crap i have ever seen. They need to fire their entire development team, including proj manager.
I will try to downgrade ASAP...............worst case, will buy a Creative or iPod.
I bought the 80 gig zune this past weekend, and I've experienced nothing but frustration. I can't even get the software to load on my computer. I made sure that Service Pack 2 was updated on my Windows XP, and the @#$@# software still won't load. I tried customer service; talk about a joke! The guy barely knew English and kept repeating that I needed to download the software. Duh! I'd already done that. The really frustrating thing is that about two other Zunes as Christmas gifts. Best Buy better take the @#$@ things back.

COME ON !!! Up till I "upgraded" it was ok to say the least, album art was aways wrong or wasn't there to begin with but now It's just plain F&#@ed up. If I was Steven Colbert, I would give Bill Gates a wag of the fingure. Not the nice fingure.
I took my brand new Zune out of the box and tried to turn it on. The charge batter icon came up so I tried to charge it with a Zune wall charger for two hours plus. It won't charge. I can't get it to re-set or turn on or make that icon go away. Also after installing the software on my computer it also won't recognize it's there.
Any clues?

dose anyone no how to fix a zune when it freezes??????????????????????
I messed my zune up by changing some folders on my computer. Didn't know this was a no-no. There is no way to go back and recreate the same folders to get it back. It won't sync the same songs that once were in other folders. How do I retrieve the songs off the zune and start over? All my music is on the zune and don't have any backup copies. How can I retrieve the music off the zune and start over? Is there anyone who can help?
I noticed that the touch wheel has been malfunucting and freezing up on me.
Has anyone else had this problem?
