While I agree that customer service was terrible (15 cents an hour doesn't buy you much, even in Bangladesh), I've never had any problem at all with the call quality of my Vonage line. Maybe you just have a shitty internet connection. In any case, this is a real shame. Verizon can't innovate so they litigate.
