The only thing left to make this headset "perfect" would be if they did indeed ditch that idiotic, bright-as-the-sun flashing blue LED. I haven't seen any headsets (but then again I don't keep up with the BT headset scene) that DON'T constantly flash bright blue. So annoying.
the Apple Bluetooth headset doesn't flash at all, is held directly in your ear without going in your ear canal and is the most subtle and unobtrusive headset out. This design is somewhat similar like the link in the article shows.

paul...the jawbone flashes white :) also it doesnt pulse it more lights up and fades so you look less like an airplane passing by haha

Actually, the Cardo Scala 700 allows you to turn the blue flashing light off. That was one of it's best features too, imho.
