Another iriver teaser: the Clix Plus?
Another iriver mystery courtesy of a marketing teaser campaign. This little guy appears to share the hinged, electronic dictionary stylings of iriver's other D-series offerings. However, another MIC-leak (think FCC for South Korea) tells us that iriver is working on a new Clix Plus model in 2/4/8GB capacities and a rumored 3-inch LCD. Could this be it? No one knows, but it's apparently delicious with coffee.

Reminds me of the Gameboy Advance.
Still just 8GB?
Come back with a 16 or 32GB version iRiver, then we'll be interested.
agreed, I love my clix2 8gb...but I would like a higher capacity now...especially since if that thing is a 3 inch AMOLED screen *drool*...
Well, we'll have to wait and see.
There's supposedly already a Clix3 on the way but it's apparently going to be based on some sort of tiny HDD.
As for this 'Clix Plus', I might be reading too much into what is a fairly sparse article but it says LCD as opposed to AMOLED...
yeah am hoping the sparseness meant that LCD might be generically used 'cause we don't know if AMOLED is being used...
the headphones look nice - any details on those?
yeah...they're white.
They contain 2 oreo cookie halves?
excellent. with your help i should be able to track a pair down in no time...
They're a pair of Audio-Technica headphones. Here's a link:

Anyway, I'll always prefer a Clit Plus!
I personally prefer the G-spot plus
iRiver (or is it IRiver) makes some really nice looking MP3 players with some really good specs but I can't seem to understand how great the click feature is. Seems like in order to be ahead in the MP3 player race you need something with absolutely no moving parts (only on the control side).
It's iriver... No capitals...
But seems like there are some clix fans who already posted here so myabe you can fill me in on why the click feature is so great compared to....can't resist....ahhhhh
the iPod
ok I said it....but somebody had to ;-)
oh ya, and I'm a closet Apple fan boy who owns a Windows PC and a Meizu MP3 player.
mainly because it is innovative...it's got a great screen (seriously great), and because of the tactile feel you can use it blindly...
also I do find the sound quality much better as well...
The click works pretty well, and it's just a damn cute and robust little thing, and I'm just using a 2BG v1 device.
Where it wins over iPods is it has FM Radio, FM recording and supports more media formats.
thats the D5 dictionary that was released in august(which i bought).. its not the next clix..
3"? That's a huge improvement.
No 16GB? Hard to figure out...
