I would never ever buy any phone that doesn't have a touchscreen. Even a phone with an excellent OS and lots of features doesn't make up for it, like a Nokia N95 for example.
But that is just me, if everyone liked touchscreens Nokia wouldn't sell so much.

Windows Mobile would be hard without a touchscreen, I imagine. But after using an N95 for a couple of days I don't miss it at all.
