The vibrating Bluetooth bracelet
When time comes grinding to a halt, and some Cthulhu, alien, or robotic variety of overlords stand in judgment of all that has gone down on planet Earth, we suspect the vibrating Bluetooth bracelet will rank pretty low on their list... just beneath politicians from the early 21st century and cutting someone off on the freeway. At any rate, if you can't stand walking around in public "hands free" with that pesky Bluetooth headset sticking out of your ear-hole, perhaps this is the device for you. Instead of brazenly assuming you want to be shackled to a phone conversation 24/7, the bracelet subtly buzzes your wrist to let you know that you've got an incoming call, text message, or email. A three-hour charge will garner you 100 hours of use, and the bracelet is compatible with Bluetooth 1.1, 1.2, and 2.0 -- so if it doesn't work with your phone, it just wasn't meant to be. Available right now for the shockingly low price of £23.50 (or about $48).

I'm buying two for my girlfriend. She won't have an excuse for her annoying ringtones anymore! And I need to get two, cause... she loses things... like her last BT headset.
I think most of you are missing the target market. Who usually wears bracelets? Who must leave their cellphone in their purse on ring because on vibrate they won't know they're getting a call? I guess most of you just aren't around women very often huh?
As a woman I think this is a really cool idea. I carry a giant smartphone, and sometimes when I'm dressed up and trying to look stylish and womanly, having the phone in a pocket is really unflattering. But I usually wind up doing it anyway because I can't miss a call, and I can't put the ringer on.
I know most tech items are designed with guys in mind, but the biggest problem for women using cell phones is that the phones are bigger in proportion to our bodies and wearing them discretely and attractively is very difficult. This may be a step in the right direction, or at least a compromise until the phones themselves are able to be worn better.
Oh man i want one of these, they do not ship to Aus though so i am trying to bribe them, to no avail so far.
I will just find a friend with relatives in the US though to forward it to me just to get my big hands on one of these. SOOOOOOOOO COOL!
Not only does it help you know your phone is ringing! But it looks TOTALLY techo!
Wow, actually this solves a problem for many Deaf users of sidekick and blackberry etc. Some of us women don't wear pants with belts or dresses with belts, and having a bracelet (even if it is ugly, that's what scarves are for!!) would help with the notification.
