Phosphor E Ink watch giveaway (part 2)

Oh, and don't forget the rules. (Yeah, there are always rules.)
- Leave a comment below. How about you tell us what your current timepiece is? There's no wrong answer.
- You may only enter this specific giveaway once. If you enter this giveaway more than once you'll be automatically disqualified, etc. (Yes, we have robots that thoroughly check to ensure fairness.) But you CAN try your luck at the other two watches, just know that you can't win twice.
- If you enter more than once, only activate one comment. This is pretty self explanatory. Just be careful and you'll be fine.
- Contest is open to anyone in the 50 States, 18 or older! Sorry, we don't make this rule (we hate excluding anyone), so be mad at our lawyers and contest laws if you have to be mad.
- Winners will be chosen randomly. One winner per giveaway (as if that wasn't obvious). Each will receive a Phosphor watch ($250 US).
- Entries can be submitted until Thursday, December 27th, 11:59PM EDT. Good luck!
- Full rules can be found here.

Sadly, I use my gigantic sidekick3 with its putridly bad display, through horribly scratched face. I do a lot of sales work-- WOAH, lay off, i'm still a nerd okay! Anyway, I do a lot of sales work and this would be a perfect conversation piece for a lot of my clients!

In 1990, I purchased an engadgement ring (not Engadget Ring) for my then girlfriend that most 18 year-old boys couldn't dream of affording. Long story short, she broke up with me (on my birthday) on my birthday (yeah, I know) before I got the chance to propose. And if that wasn't bad enough, my birthday was two days after the 90-day return period for the ring. So, there I was, stuck with a $3K solitaire and no finger to place it upon.
So, I went to the store where I bought (Baily, Banks & Biddle), gave them my sob story and hoped to get a refund. They couldn't do the refund, but the store manager had the almost exact same thing happen to him when was a young lad. So, out of pity and the spirit of compromise, he gave me store credit equal to the ring. Needless to say, all my family members got some serious jewelry for Christmas and I got myself two watches (A Seiko World-Timer...before that type of watch became popular, and another Seiko...in all, about $500 for the two watches).
Why the long story (sorry, I couldn't make it much shorter), I still have the watches and wear them on occasion. They still work beautifully and have kept precise time over the last 17 years (phew, seems like I was 18 only yesterday).
Not that I haven't acquired more watches over the years (I'm mildy obsessed with having nice, mechanical timepieces in the digital era), but I just so happen to be wearing my 17-year old watch today and spotted this giveaway...
Perhaps Engadget will display the same kindness of that store manager from long ago.
