So, what'd you get?

Oh boy, oh boy! If you're especially lucky you woke up this morning to a few wrapped boxes containing whatever it was you spotted on Engadget and have been lusting after ever since. Sure, we'd love to hear about what you got your loved ones (and maybe even a gripe or two about what you didn't get), but we're sure what most people have on their minds right now is their take of gifts. Wow, some people on here are real lucky. All I asked for was a 16GB iPod touch, and that's all I got. But, I'm extremely happy with it. Probably the best/most useful electronic device I've ever owned or used. I jailbroke it immediately after opening, and I had 11GB of music, movies, and photos, and a main screen full of apps after an hour. Now I'm enjoying it. A lot.

well we don't do gift giving as me know better but as expected, two weeks ago an Ektelon 03 black was place next to my bag at the gym while I was playing racquetball, when the game was over I picked up my bag and left, well when I got home she told me what she did and when we went back it was gone.
Another came in the male two days ago but I can’t get that one until after the New Year. We have strange rules for the holyday and gifs.

I asked for an Archos 605 80GB, which I didn't get, apparently "they just didn't get round to it". They also didn't get round to decorating the tree until Christmas eve.

I can think of a thousand goods that my mother could better waste her money on other than an unwanted book that I won't even read and some other crap. Don't mean to sound like a brat, but it shows how much my family know about me. When I was buying presents for my family, I didn't buy them for the price, or because I liked them, but because I knew they'd like them.

I got a dell vostro 1700, a new Desktop PC, a Feather bed, some Birkenstock's that are supposed to be really comfy (wont know till march when i return home), And a free Trip to Saudi arabia with free room and board. All i have to do is work for 12 hours a day for the next 2 months and it's paid for + a bonus of 1500$ :-/. Atleast i am off for new years?
