Give Kodak credit for doing their homework. People who are the target market for this camera don't care about, noise, framing a picture correctly or silly things like an actual viewfinder.
If they bothered to put a "analog" viewfinder on here, they would get slammed by pedestrian reviewers (i.e. PC Magazine) that would hammer it for having "only a 2.3 LCD." Instead this way they will get a review that talks about what a "simple to use" camera it is with a "huge 2.4 LCD" It is all about the target market.
