NVIDIA GeForce 9800 GX2 pics, specs leaked

Details aren't quite hard and fast, but this is NVIDIA's top-of-the-line to-be, so it's never too early to start nerding out. HardOCP says the best way to think of the GeForce 9800 GX2 is a 8800 that's been shrunk down to 65nm and SLI'd onto a "single" card. The card is supposed to be at least 30% faster than a 8800 Ultra, and will apparently support Quad SLI. So, now for the really nerdy part:

• 1GB frame buffer
• Two PCBs
• Two 65nm GPUs
• 256 Stream Processors

That's the way HardOCP tells it, and who are we to argue?

hi there i run the 7950gt and it play all the games i put in cod4 and Crysis all on very hight np i do have a AMD Athlon 64x2Dualcore Processor
6400+ 3.22ghz and 2 gig of ram dont know if that helps a bit to let you know guys the price of the GX2 over here in england will be coming around £450

I have a Q6600 @3.0 ghz, 2 gigs OCZ reaper ram and 8800 GT oced to 700core and 1000 mem. and I can play crysis on the high settings with some at very high at 1680 by 1050 res around 30 fps. If you have a 1680 by 1050 screen you shouldnt have a problem playing it at all very high with one of these cards but 2???? *giggles* Funny thing is that the other day me and my friend hooked up his 20in monitor with my 22in (both 1680by 1050) for a total of 3360 by 1050 res. We played crysis with one 8800 GT on all high settings and got around 20-25 fps. lower it to medium and it still looks awsome and its playable. These cards if you put them in sli should give crysis a good spanking even at super high res. Im so getting one in my next comp!!!!!!!!! woot

I do not like waiting for the console in fps.

To responda to a threat is like frustatingly low. Almost comical

PC all the way for me.

( I dunno man, online gaming in pc world is I need all the fps I can get cause reaction time is critical. When I use a console I have to adjust for the slowness)
