Logitech's diNovo Mini keyboard and Z Cinéma speakers
Looks like Logitech's got at least two announcements lined up for tomorrow: the diNovo Mini keyboard (which pretty much is what it sound like, and is intended for Windows boxes) and the Z Cinéma 2.1 system with an included Windows Media Center remote. US pricing and release as we get it, but Tech Digest is claiming it'll be end of January launch. One more diNovo Mini shot after the break.
Update: The diNovo Mini keyboard goes on sale late February in the US and Europe for $150 while the Z Cinéma system is available this month for $300. Press releases here and here.

That does look like one pretty slick mini keyboard.
ohyeah @ Jan 5th 2008 2:52AM
YES, YES!!! I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR THIS FREAKING KEYBOARD FOR YEARS!!!!
matthew @ Jan 5th 2008 3:18AM
is this a thumb board? or a keyboard for media center computers
coffee @ Jan 5th 2008 3:22AM
I'm assuming it's a wireless small keyboard for media-center uses? because it's perfect for that, I love it.

Wow! Too bad these babies weren't out before Christmas!

Just go click the link and watch the video review, pretty awesome piece of tech!

Here's hoping they announced a new (bluetooth) wireless mouse as well... I've been dying for one!
Dextro @ Jan 5th 2008 6:52AM
I'd even be happy if they'd release a BT MX Revolution.
There's no decent BT laser mouse (with more than 2 buttons and a wheel) on the market, if any.

If you don't mind spending a bit of money, there's a bundle from logitech that has an mx1000 and a snazzy keyboard that uses bluetooth. It's a bit on the expensive side, but both are good products, and if bluetooth is your thing, it may be your only option.
warren @ Jan 5th 2008 4:47AM
well how did you get to Beta test the diNovo Mini? also your question regarding with the ps3. if you clicked the link in the video, towards the end she said under the back panel there is a switch to have the diNovo work with the ps3. damn im definitely getting one of these. 99 pounds is roughly around 120-140USD right? damn that looks nice@
warren @ Jan 5th 2008 4:49AM
oh yeah forgot to note, that they should make a bluetooth version of the Mini keyboard. but i doubt it because of the windows media center portion. most desktops and notebooks do not have bluetooth, which means if your going to use this with a ps3 its going to have the USB stick. (just another USB port lost.)
Phil Perman @ Jan 5th 2008 6:47AM
Most laptops come with bluetooth these days, although not so much laptops. Hopefully they will have made it bluetooth and shipped it with a bluetooth dongle.
And in response to your other pose, £99 is closer to $200, although thanks to rip off Britain you'd probably get a better price than that
Tensor @ Jan 5th 2008 10:39AM
the original dinovo edge is a BT keyboard, it comes with a pre-paired bt usb stick, but if you have bt on your pc/laptop you can pair it yourself. Dont see why they would change this with the mini version (at least i hope they didnt)
pierrecharland @ Jan 5th 2008 6:18AM
Why the cover on the keyboard?
Dextro @ Jan 5th 2008 6:57AM
It's intended for media centers, so that way you can shut the lid and put it away.
I roughly sit down on my remotes several times a day by accident. I hope they make a special carbon fibre edition :)
cduran01 @ Jan 5th 2008 7:41AM
This is great, I have the original DiNovo but rarelly use it with my PS3 because its too big for quick chats or URL typing, plus none of the media keys work on the PS3. Hopefully that switch mentioned in the video not only lets the keyboard work with the PS3 but also the media keys.
Homeboy @ Jan 5th 2008 9:12AM
Sexy keyboard but it's a shame it can't be removed of folded under the keyboard. It makes the keyboard bulky and will cover you view if you're lying in the bed trying to surf on the TVscreen infront of you.
eflyersteve @ Jan 5th 2008 9:26AM
It was reported earlier that it is bluetooth equipped.
matthew @ Jan 5th 2008 1:38PM
that's pretty hot.. and if its bluetooth equiped maybe it can be used on the nokia internet tablets as well
stickmanfc73_ @ Jan 5th 2008 1:54PM
I remember when Engadget first reported the rumors about the Mini. I may even still have the sketches of it saved. But as long as this thing is 100 bucks or less I'm buying it. My darn 17 inch laptop is just so big and cumbersome that a simple do it all remote would be the perfect addition. I get my mouse, my keyboard, and multi-media keys all in one pocket dictionary sized device. Hellz yeah!
EJ @ Jan 7th 2008 5:31AM
Can they really NOT figure out how to produce decent Mac drivers?
Funkdafied @ Jan 7th 2008 4:47AM
On the top keyboard pic, that round circle seems like it might be a touchpad.. that would be fantastic! but judging from the 2nd pic, it doesnt seem to be the case. Logitech probably want user to fork out for the air mouse.
