I own the 420(typing on it right now) and there's only one thing(besides no SLI, will have to buy a new MB and PSU) that really bothers me, it's the case. Not the looks, it looks fantastic, but it has horrible airflow. With the side on, my 8800gt gets too hot for comfort, so I have to leave the side off.. :/ not too big a of a hassle, but you know I spent $1500+ on a computer, I want it to be perfect.

Finally. The 720's case has always been too large at over 22" in height and the XPS 420 never had the ability for SLI graphics.

why can't you use one of those mini spot fans?
