Sharp simply refuses to lose that ugly silver chin on their LCD panels. Yes it is a speaker bar but what makes it so hard to paint the damn thing black. I wonder if the banding issue has been fixed...Sharp AQUOS LCDs have a strange pixel layout (hexagonal vs grid) so hopefully they can work out any issues with banding.
