It's not a commonly tracked statistic on any review site, and nobody seems to have this information for every camera. We were hoping other readers could inform us as to what small digital cameras can fire off their first pics in under a second (ideally under half a second). Agh. this is frustrating. the speaker seems a little silly, but i want to get one of these just because it is one of the few players that support AAC files... i really wish they would put out a zen v plus with AAC playback as well. that would be absolutely perfect.
