This is a bit lame, i've been running multi-monitor setups for years. The only difference here is that one of them is a 7" monitor. Honestly, what are you going to do with a 7" panel? Plus with the price premium i'm assuming this monitor will have, i could probably pickup a 22" samsung monitor and an additional 17" samsung panel.
As for USB support, anyone can go to futureshop/bestbuy and pick up a FX5200 for like $50, which sports dual outputs for our multimonitor setup.
The phone has 256MB of RAM and a 1GHz processor, which do the job reasonably well, though the Anna interface will likely leave something to be desired for many smartphone users.
