OMG, this company still around? They sell the most worthless p.o.s. electronics I've ever put my hands on. It goes to show that if you give people the barely minimum in quality, and features, and sell it to the uninformed crowd, you may just survive the tides of competition.
I would not use Audiovox stuff, even if it was free.
Not everyone can afford the best of the best though. I'd like to buy the latest and greatest car radio, but Jensen is more likely in my budget range. Although Pioneer's new gear didn't seem too expensive.
Please don't say that. Audiovox definitely is garbage. If you shop around, you can find a bargain even from the top manufacturers. All it takes is a bit of time and gathering your information. I have lots of Sony, Technics, Pioneer, and whatever other top brand electronics you can think of. Did I pay full price or bought it soon as it was out? No way. I looked for sales, coupons, and all sorts of discounts. If you're "willing to" pay full price for everything you buy all the time without even trying to look for a discount, then you deserve to get ripped off. Also, if you're willing to buy junk brands all the time, then ...
I'm not knocking off brands. Coby is decent. Vizio started as off brand, and now they're the favorite of those with a top budget. Even though Vizio is cheaper, the quality of their products if very goo. Audiovox has been around for decades, and they never got rid of their crappy products reputation.
Sorry about my unfinished words. I was reading three different articles at the same time.
I meant to say: "I'm not knocking off brands. Coby is decent. Vizio started as off brand, and now they're the favorite of those on a budget. Even though Vizio is cheaper, the quality of their products if very good."
