I'm really torn between getting a faster eeePC and getting a cheap dual core laptop for college, because I've already got a decent gaming desktop and I don't really need more power but then at the same time I have a feeling programming on the tiny keyboard might be annoying, since I already hate regular laptop keyboards. Probably going to end up going with a regular laptop unless they introduce an eeePC with a dual-core because then I'll be able to rack up massive PPD in folding@home. If they introduce a dual-core eeePC in the 8.9" formfactor I'll be really tempted... but I also like Vista (yes, shocking, I know) although Linux is cool too, as long as I can run KDE4 on these things.
