While
HD DVD and
Blu-ray have both lost key supporters recently, Microsoft's
Xbox Live Marketplace seems to just keep adding new content providers, this time bringing MGM and Disney-ABC Television Group to the fold. Conspicuous in that bothare exclusive Blu-ray supporters, Xbox 360 owners will -- later this month -- have access to ABC hits like
Lost,
Grey's Anatomy and
Desperate Housewives in HD the day after they air. So far, MGM's announced just classic and catalog flicks like the
Rocky series and
The Usual Suspects, with "most" available in HD. Still looking for a Blu-ray add-on or
built in HD DVD?

"Still looking for a Blu-ray add-on or built in HD DVD?"
Yes.
If anyone thinks digital content will replace physical media - they are stupid - and that means you Microsoft.
I love waiting hours to download a movie that I can only watch for 24 hours.

"While HD DVD and Blu-ray have both lost key supporters recently" what the hell does this mean? What key supporters did Blu-Ray lose? If anything, they gained full support from WB. No worries about Lost though. I already have it on Blu-Ray, so I'm set.

Paramount and DreamWorks

That was a long time ago. It really didn't matter much because they were neutral and we saw, didn't change a thing. The one that mattered, and ended up deciding the whole thing, was Warner. Warner going Blu exclusive threw a wrench at Toshiba's plans.

At this rate, pretty soon the only movie/TV studio NOT supporting Xbox Live will be Sony, and, well, FUCK SONY.
