Sounds very much like they're going to be a Mozy OEM - the exact same pricing and setup - and waiting for Mac Mozy to come out of Beta (we're on 0.9.0.0 now, so it must be soon!) before launching that.
Confirmed: The registration page is on fabrikhome.oem.berkeleydata.com, which is Mozy's original parent before they were bought by EMC. Nice to see more companies are realising how awesome mozy is!
