Easy gents and take your hands out of your pants. I believe she's the gf of a certain engadget editor-in-chief
Ms. Belmont is a hottie!
But i'm kinda getting sick and tired of seeing her holding every gadget.
Your at CES to show us gadgets, not to show us you holding gadgets.
Talk about attention whores.
Uh... would you prefer I NOT show you the gadget? Or maybe just leave it on a table and not show how it works? And I'm being an "attention whore" for doing my job, which is doing videos at CES of GADGETS?
Wait, why am I even responding to this comment? *goes back to chugging coffee and reading feeds*
No! Don't go! Stay here and show me more gadgets! :)
Welcome addition to Engadget if you ask my opinion.
I like the way she says, "Third party app." THAT is hot!
@Veronica
chug your coffee and ignore the haters all you want (and naysayers, and immature commenters, and etc), you've earned it. btw, your CES videos are pretty sweet and I think I've indirectly become a fan (and now viewer) of Mahalo Daily
According to Wiki:
Originally from Connecticut[citation needed], Veronica is the daughter of Barbara Belmont (née Wruck), a former Coleco Vice President, and a father that worked for Hasbro[citation needed]. Growing up, Veronica had a subscription to Weekly World News and Mad Magazine, and had one wall of her bedroom covered in MAD covers.[1] She attended Emerson College, in Boston, Massachusetts, to study audio production and new media studies. She worked briefly in Boston afterwards, and eventually secured an internship at CNET. Veronica currently resides in San Francisco, California with her boyfriend Ryan Block, editor-in-chief of Engadget.
Yeah what gives...it says the 21st on the site, must be a typo...damn i really wanted to try this out too...
it's possible that the publicity it's gotten overloaded them a bit and they decided to bump it back to make sure their servers don't crash or something.
Yeah that could be, its definitly running in the demo.
This is great. The only thing getting more attention than the iPhone is this girl. If this girl gave the MacWorld keynote and announced the new iPhone was coming out next week the first 3 posted comments would be "yer cute", "i wanna be on you", and "iLove you".
Available right now? Their site is just a signup page. Available 01.21.08. Sort of misleading to say it's ready to go..
You all do know that Ryan Block is in a relationship with Veronica (says Facebook), don't you?
All these comments just don't seem right...
I agree. All these comments about Veronica's hotness are disrespectful and completely irrelevant.
(I'd do Ryan too, if that makes you feel better.)
or you could just go to www.thestreamcenter.com for windows mobile users
With Orb (http://orb.com) I can listen o any internet radio (I can add my own), and to all the music that sits on my home machine. It's available for months as well as the optimized version for the iPhone browser...
Leave Britney alone!... er I mean Vernoica.
Why does their website say the iphone is 3G?
I'm sorry I mentioned that I thought V is cute in my original post. I never remember how harsh some people can be online for no reason, especially since they would never act that way in "real" life. Keep up the good work Veronica - you obviously know your stuff.
waiting for my email so i can use this!, only 5000 people accepted at a time at the moment
