I send a email to them and they replied that marvin was in ces so i have to wait till jan 14 which is kool as long as they replace it
i really love product i have a huge computer / entertainment system and the buttkicker gives it way more quality that my 2 sub-woofers cant really give it
but you need both sub and butt to complete the sound im talking about
