Soyntec Wiffinder bags can detect WiFi nets, can't be traded for bail

Soyntec is prepped to release their latest Wiffinder WiFi detection bag in February. The €43 / $63 nylon Wiffinder 400 Executive Case fits laptops up to 15.4-inches and features an integrated WiFi finder with signal strength indicator to tell you when the 802.11 airwaves are ready to leech. The integrated clock will remind you of the exact time the 5-0 arrived.
P.S. "Wiffinder" is not a typo. We agree, WiFinder would seem a more appropriate name.

Haha, yeah, I was gonna mention the name right as I read the PS. It looks like by it's spelling you should pronounce it Wife Finder. Man, if someone can make a bag that helps nerds find wifi networks and girlfriends, they'd make millions.

Id buy one!

But wiffinder makes it sounds like some fictional dragon off a kids tv show. Which is obviously cool.

Hmm, I thought the misspelling was WhifFinder.

They'd sell more if it was actually a Wii-Finder.

It would make sense if the display was located on the top of the bag, or better yet, detachable. Having to hold the bag up to look at the near bottom while hunting for the ideal spot just to check signal strength seems more inconvenience that convenient.

Yes but at least it's more subtle than the wifi shirt :P

Who gets arrested for borrowing a wifi signal?

You only get arrested if you're caught.

WhiffFinder: positively identify just who cut the cheese on the elevator.
WifeFinder: definitely an accessory most geeks need.
WiiFinder: I agree, they'd sell a million of them.

Y-Finder. When you really just need a place to crash and a hot meal.
Turtle @ Jan 9th 2008 10:03PM
What a laptop bag! You can get yourself clean. You can have a good meal. You can wear a big feathered headdress or a hard hat.

Why can't it be traded for bail?
