for the last five minutes i am trying to find out how does the suspension mechanism works .
its really look to be designed by some circuit designer
Looks like the seat can move up and down to add some form of suspention to a otherwise rigid chassis. The back part with the box if you look at where the scooter meets the metal tubing it looks like it may be hinged since its only attached on one side.
But what is it?

Actually the vet (Russell) doesn't fabricate anything, despite what you see on TV. He is, whowever an awesome designer!

Just to make it clear to those who may not be up to date, OCC is from my town, in Orange County, NY, not California :) But yeah, they are a bunch of coke heads anyway, though they were polite enough to me
