Looks like the seat can move up and down to add some form of suspention to a otherwise rigid chassis. The back part with the box if you look at where the scooter meets the metal tubing it looks like it may be hinged since its only attached on one side.
Just to make it clear to those who may not be up to date, OCC is from my town, in Orange County, NY, not California :) But yeah, they are a bunch of coke heads anyway, though they were polite enough to me

Cleverly camouflaged to traverse the corridors of Ikea unnoticed. I prefer it to the one you linked to.
Seems electric, and IS fugly.
Schit, Engadget, why all your pictures from CES have such schity quality? Don't you guys want to get normal SLRs there?
It's their new gaming platform. Supposed to be the most realistic driving simulation yet.

I think its pretty cool.
My grandma has one of these
Remember it's not the outside that counts. After all, don't you remember?
Intel Inside!
for the last five minutes i am trying to find out how does the suspension mechanism works .
its really look to be designed by some circuit designer

But what is it?

Why is it there?
What's in the special Intel box?
Where's the rest of the article?
This was made using SCIENCE.
Will it blend?
If so, please blend it now.
Smell the seat - then I'll guess what it is.
I know, I know, but some one has to say it, will it play Doom?
It's a processor delivery bike!
If it takes as long as I think to deliver a processor on this thing then AMD will surely push out a better Phenom by then.
Anyone who thinks that anything OCC build have anything to do with good design have a serious taste impairment, Think Exile
@ steve:
so true, russell mitchell is an awesome fabricator, not like that inbred family from orange county.
...and the intel bike is still barf. looks like the seat has to pivot forward to compress the suspension?
Actually the vet (Russell) doesn't fabricate anything, despite what you see on TV. He is, whowever an awesome designer!
leave building bikes to OCC, and being down with OPP to me.
That is the chip delivery vehicle from the new Intel Wonka style Chip Fab ads...
