As much as I love Sirius, they've kind of ticked me off lately. I had a unit stolen, and they do nothing if someone tries to re-activate it. I also had a faulty Sportster 4, I got a new unit, and the faulty one continues to receive music. So now that makes me think the one that got stolen is probably still working without subscription.

The old radio will stay active for a few weeks. Sirius sends out a master signal once a month that disables cancelled radios.
