As long as they do not put the logo on it, than it should be fine.
I hate it when people think that a color MUST only be used by a charity... RED for example is a nice color... But requiring everyone who wants to use RED to support AIDS in Africa is just not right. The LOGO should be what people look for when they expect to support a charity, NOT the color of the device.
