from what i know, pro DSLR's still use CF coz of their higher capacities. ofcourse, sdhc is catchin up. 32gb CF cards are available for quite a while now, whereas sandisk just released their 32gb sdhc card yesterday. as a result most DSLR's support CF rather than sd. well of course that is changing with the new canon EOS Rebel XSi which has support for only sdhc.
