I'm sure the good Board of Education and University Board will expect less money from the Taxpayers if they receive money from this. Because of course, ALL public universities do not expect more money every year than the year before....
Universities take "Cuts" in their budget like the State and Federal Government do. Cuts = smaller increases than they want Cuts!= less money than the year before.
