Actually, this is good way to seriously messup someone's life. Just follow them around and then ring up the cops and say 'I thought he had a handgun' and act hysterical. Then you can watch in satisfaction when he is arrested and dragged off for DNA swabs, fingerprinting and most probably having his a$$ next on the menu with the cellmate. Then later 'oh sorry for the inconvenience'. Try getting all that removed from your record..
