Just a word of warning to Xbox 360 nerds, the Joystiq crew is blowing up coverage at Microsoft's GDC keynote. Yeah, we're technically live there too, but GDC is all about the games so head on over for your live keynote coverage.
Aww... I was so prepared to attack Ryan and his Microsoft love affair, while tackling the millions of comments on how his girlfriend is the ultimate in hotness.
Joystiq just seems so juvenile, even against these odds.
Wow.. so... when Apple does a keynote, we get to hear about it for days on the main page, but when Microsoft does one - and at a major event like GDC, we have to go somewhere else to read it?
Actually, I agree with the decision to scoot people over to Joystiq for this since it's the appropriate place for it, perhaps with a couple of summary updates here... but then shouldn't TUAW be the right place for ongoing Apple coverage and shouldn't have Engadget iMobile (sheesh - no bias in that name) been the right place for the seemingly endless coverage of the iPhone?
Jeff, GDC is for developers, it's all software news. What little crossover hardware news there is, we cover(ed). At E3, for example, we covered the MSFT keynote (since we know that's going to be hardware centric), and we've had live Gates / MSFT coverage countless times over the years. You can stop trolling now.
