In the CalIT2 building at UCSD, we have a 11x5 tile wall display. Sure, it doesn't sit on a single mount, but it's at least built on prefab parts that you can easily buy. Actually, they have a spreadsheet that let's you configure your array of screens and calculate what parts you'll need to buy.
