Sony introduces a pantyhose colored PSP, L'eggs-ellent

Look, we understand that different people have different tastes, but bronze and gold gadgets have have always been a novelty and never sold that well -- so we're totally confused by Sony's decision to release a limited-edition "matte bronze" PSP. That's right, it's not even shiny, it's basically beige -- like, aggressive, 1950s-kitchen beige. Only 60,000 of these abominations are set to be released in Japan, for ¥23,800 ($230), and the bundle includes a TV-out cable for the first time. Of course, we recommend that you pop the extra $29 or whatever to pick up that cable separately and buy a PSP that doesn't immediately call to mind the phrase "nude hose," but if you gotta do it, we'll still be here for you. Just, you know, not when anyone else can see us around that thing.

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder, but in my view this was just down right gorgeous! The brown Zune had a cheap turd-feel to the color but this was just glazed-beef-delicious.

its a very nice color i dont know why everyone is bashign it. brown is very popular ask umm burberry and louis vuitton etc..... i find it gives it a high class look the other colors were honestly boring. they should have slapped a LV or one of those high fashion designers on there with a special case for it and you would have seen how quickly the 60 000 of these would sell out

I don't think it looks bad. It kind of reminds me of the Dwyane Wade edition of the T-Mobile Sidekick and I really, really wanted that. I think that if they are trying to cater to a younger market, then they should stick with the high colors--red, purple, blue, pink, green, etc. However, I think this is a totally suitable color and if you are trying to play it on the down-low, no one would notice this as much as a metallic red or bubble gum pink.

While I don't think it's the best color, it doesn't look too bad. MagnusDF right, rename it to coffee color, or better yet something like "grande latte with hazel nut cream and whipped cream on top".

Joking aside, I think it has a nice soft look and I imagine anyone fashion minded who also happens to like wearing shades of brown might find it interesting.

I personally dont like the colour but I think it looks ok. I still have one of the original psp's from when they first came out. and still works beautifully.

A Westerner instantly knows that what you mean when you say "pantyhose colored", namely some shade of light brown, but in Japan at least, Japanese women's hose color is nearly always in one shade or other of gray. So since they made this for the Japanese market, they definitely weren't thinking of that. FWIW.
