Top Gear's Jeremy Clarkson may have gotten himself into a bit of a pickle -- no, not the car -- when a fellow motorist snapped a pic of him driving and chatting. Talking on your cellphone while driving in England is illegal and the poor television star could now be faced with a £60 (roughly $120) fine. Hey Jeremy, a little word of advice, think Bluetooth headset if you need to chatter while on the run, or, better yet, just pull over.
