Think of it like a flight stick. You hold this controller, and set it down on your knee, or table or whatever. then you move it by tilting forward/backward/side to side, just like a flight stick.

dang, these 1 handed people should get into PC gaming, grab a MX510 Mouse (8-buttons) and a OCZ mind controlled controller and they're set
I can drive with my leg while drinking coffee and talking on my cell phone, so why not play xbox that way?
