It looks like one of those new ultra-thin Sony TV's but its more likely a monitor with a docking station as suggested above.

It's a docking Eee PC type competitor. When it's unplugges, it's a light duty box, possibly running a light Windows or Linux OS. When docked, it goes full Windows and has access to a BluRay Drive, powerful graphics, and a sweet ass monitor. Oh yeah, it's also multi touch. simple on the road, powerful on the desk.
