Who said anything about weight loss?? Its called "Wii Fit" not "Wii Weight Loss".

Americans have this mentality that people who are active must be trying to lose weight. We have a VERY diet mentality. Its not about that. Its about developing a healthy lifestyle in a fun & interactive way.

And if you shed a few pounds while doing it, so be it. You probably needed it anyway.
