My password allows me to post comments but if I attempt to use it to login to my profile I get "Incorrect Password" as an error, and confirmation messages (when I don't use my password) contain an entirely DIFFERENT password that also fails to work.

Anyone else get this FUBARed setup happening?

I had the same problem on Autoblog for a while. Just keep trying and eventually the site may feel nice to you and let you in. At that point, go change your password and it should play nice after that.

I gotta say, it's really nice that the profiles and avatars port over from the other Weblogs Inc sites (Autoblog, Slashfood, Green Daily, etc. It applies to all the blogs listed at the bottom of this page, plus the ones not displayed). Once I got it all set up properly on Autoblog, I was pleasantly surprised to find I could post on Engadget with the same login information and profile.

Sometimes I can't log in to my account even though I am using the proper password. Also, it's a bit hard to find the link to log in. Sorry guys, but the layout is pretty bad. It took me a while before I figured out how to add an avatar. Is there anything you can do about that?
