The problem is it will be too late due to WiMax being on the horizon. Everyone is supposed to convert to that.

Here's a list of carriers not converting to WiMax:
AT&T
Verizon Wireless
Vodafone
T-Mobile
Orange
Telefonica
TIM
China Mobile
NTT DoCoMo
etc.
