Why not put the power switch on some other area?
Like... The "open" lever of the UMD? I think you will ditch the UMD for a mem stick anyway.
Make it into a reed switch and you're set.
Why not put in something useful, like a Tazer™. That way little kids can fend off potential thieves and keep their PSP's from being stolen?
