Outdated hardware, slow cpu, crap application base, bad support if any, run by a weak open source community, prepare to have laggy internet browsing, bad/choppy in browser youtube videos and any type of flash for that matter, useless vga camera that might as well not be there becasue it sucks with gizmodo, prepare to downsize all your movies one by one to make it slightly playable with mplayer, full internet in my pocket my ass. Save your money unless you think using wimax and skype is cost effective for you, rather than just using a normal cellphone to make a call.
