If you have been lisening Jobs he at least said that in future we dont need to read anymore!....dont hurt me. yeps it's finger based if you have actually seen any of the videos. Wouldnt make sense to have those huge buttons for stylus. Stylus is used for handwriting/drawing while you dont need stylus at all for normal use.

Exactly. If it needs a stylus, it has already lost. Some of my friends have iPhones (I wouldn't get one), and I like the styluslessness ;)
Can't you iPhone guys read? It doesn't NEED the stylus, it's an accessory/option for handwriting/drawing/quicker input.
