Maybe the picture is there intentionally as deceptive ads. Besides, after Circuit City botched a car in an attempt to install a GPS, of course they use the ever-so-reliable Google Images rather than to take pics of their products. Darn corner cutting jerks!

1.) It's an iPod Touch, not an iPhone. 2.) This has absolutely nothing to do with the iPhone being unlocked or not, regardless of the fact it should be, but blah blah blah 3.) You clearly have no idea what it means to jailbreak, much less the difference between that and being locked to a cellular carrier.

I'm not sure who nodded off in the art department at Engadget but scanning a circular makes a much cleaner image than taking a picture. ;-)
