One more vote for Gefen. I have a bunch of Gefen stuff: Switches (HDMI and DVI), Matrixes (HDMI and DVI), HDMI CAT5 Extenders, DVI CAT5 Extenders.They always answer their phones and I can always get hold of someone who knows what they're talking about.
