Apple? How about all of those other companies that use the word Touch...how dare they! TouchLess-Car washes, for example, thiefs!

How about the HTC Touch, which was released a good 3 months or so BEFORE the iPod Touch...

Please don't forget that the Universe and hence gadgets within it, existed before the all-mighty Apple came into existence....

P.S. I just found out that a person and now company called Webster has been printing the word Touch in its periodicals for over 200 years! Imagine the royalties they will have to pay Apple!!!
