With summer quickly approaching, Time Warner Cable's giving subscribers in
San Antonio one more reason to enjoy the great outdoors from the comfort of their own couch. As of this week, the carrier has added both Travel HD (158) and Outdoor Channel HD (170) to the lineup, bringing the total of high-def channels in the area to 57. Considering the paltry lineup many other TWC customers are getting stuck with from other locales across the country, let us pass along their envy to South-Central Texas. [

ok last time i complained about SA getting something Austin didnt , i got it , so im going to complain now.
Austin wants this also
Houston wants more too we haven't had any new channels since November last year, the TWC buyout to Comcast in Houston, has been a slow and painful death of Houston cable. I want Time Warner back! Missed five NBA playoff nights so far :(
AMEN BROTHER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! COMCAST BLOWS!!!!!
I still can't believe we got Hallmark HD (153), where's the SciFi HD, who makes these decisions?
I want my SciFi HD....
On top of that the Outdoor Channel HD is a subscription based channel.
I have Direct TV and the SciFi HD channel is not that impressive. It's just ok. Maybe it's the source? It's not stretch-o-vision aka TNT-HD and TBS-HD, USA-HD but the other real HD channels look much better than the SciFi-HD channel.
Battlestar Galactica should look so much better in HD but it's disappointing. Also, what's with the new SciFi logo that appears on their channel? It's too big and just plain ugly (mucous green in color).
Who is running that channel?
