It won't be good news until we hear the data rates. At current rates it's still completely useless. If Apple leans on Rogers and forces an all-in-one price then it will be dancing in the street time. iPhone or otherwise, the data rates here are criminal.
I pay an extra $7 per month and get unlimited data on my Virgin Mobile phone, and yes, thats in Canada. Only downside is that they don't have smart phones, thus probably why their data is so cheap.

Pretty much every service provider in canada has an all-in $7 data fee.
As long as you're using it on the device and you're using it in Canada.

Umm... That only applies to WAP browsing. It's not unlimited DATA -- It's unlimited BROWSING, and of the worst kind.
IE: If you have a Windows Mobile (*GASP!*), iPhone, or Blackberry that $7 does sweet-feck-all for you.
