Not like we haven't seen
PCs stuffed within the slim confines of an LCD HDTV
before, but it's safe to say the market isn't exactly overrun with alternatives. Enter Digital Canvas, which looks to take a 34-, 43- or 52-inch flat-panel and outfit 'em with typical PC components. All three come standard with a 2.1GHz Intel Core 2 Duo processor, 2GB of DDR2 RAM, a 120GB hard drive, WiFi module, a 1,920 x 1,080 resolution panel and a sweet string across the back for picture frame-esque hanging. Aside from needing to make absolutely sure you have a sturdy stud waiting, we'd certainly be wary about pulling the trigger via the seller's eBay store. Regardless, we're giving the design a hearty golf clap, even though the $4,777 to $7,777 price tags are a bit out of our league.

Those prices are out of everybodys league.
No rotation? That pretty much ruins it
Either the larger screens require larger power outlets, or they just resized the graphic for each size. I want a real-world resize tool, to put my car in my pocket or embiggen my TV. I'll leave you to discuss what other things you'd like to embiggen or enshrinken.

when i first saw the picture i thought it was an animation of a tv jumping at me. Naw. The price is just different depending on how close you intend to sit to it.

I have an idea: Buy one off ebay with a wireless keyboard sitting really far away from your monitor to save hundreds bucks.

Oh wait, Sony's VAIO LT series. Albeit they only offer 22", it's still HD, it's still a TV, hell its even got a Blu-Ray drive.

Why is the tv turned sideways?
This person is nuts! I mean imagine if you could use oleds instead, and you didn't have to buy off the shelf parts and supplies... you could mass produce huge galleries of these things! Still more, since whoever makes these probly lives in some small unimportant remote place that is obviously disconnected in many ways from reality, he or she wouldnt have to leave their home to update it with the digital art they made since its connected to wifi (or whatever)... and it displays "billions of colors" LOL! This is the worst idea ever.
