Steve Ballmer dodges eggs at Hungarian University

We've already seen how quick on his feet Microsoft CEO Steve Ballmer can be, and it looks like the big man finally had to put those fleet-footed skills to good use, as he was recently forced to duck for cover under a barrage of (three) eggs during a speech he was giving at a Hungarian University. Apparently, the disgruntled egg-tosser was angry with Ballmer for "stealing billions in Hungarian taxpayer money," which he demanded that Ballmer give back "right now." Head on past the break for a video of the thoroughly awkward encounter.
I love how everyone has to get off from their seat so he can exit through the aisle. That's pure comedy right there!
He had three shots from about three yards and he missed all three times?
What a useless idiot.
I'm glad he missed, but man, does it really point out that collegiate pinheads have no actual skills, motor or otherwise.
I don't blame Baldboy for ducking, though.
How did he know they weren't frozen, hard-boiled or filled with paint or even Anthrax?
I am somewhat at the (off camera and assumed) professor who was trying to shame the student by saying roughly : The country will pay much yet for this childish parade.
The guy that threw the eggs is THE LOSER people. How repugnant. I don't care a bit about Apple vs. MSoft threads gloating on MSoft getting it up the arse again. This is an AMERICAN CEO in a resource and intellectually poor central European nation that hasn't done much in a century - couldn't plow a straight row or make a decent light bulb since they had a communist government. Wake up. The alternatives to us are not attractive.
ivanho, it is hard to understand parts of your message. But I think I agree with you that if the govt in your nation entered into a contractual arrangement that years later some citizens wished it hadn't, then I would suggest you try to vote the rascals out.
We'll take your tangential comments about our nation's leadership in the resistance against islamafacism under consideration... but since your people have done precious little from the sidelines, you don't get a vote.
BTW - the reason American support for our nation footing the bill on this expedition is waning is because it has drained our national treasury. Take a look at a map and you'll figure out why.

Hungarians mostly don't wish to be recognized to be Hungarians, when they get the chance to be in company of admired, rich, western countries citizens. If they are not accepted by them, most turn offensive. That's a national habit accompanied by social envy and self rejection.
Most of them think of America like: "Try to be a part of it, if they reject you, offend it." (That's why Hungary joined the EU.)
This is a justified reaction, but with wrong actions taken. I think, the cake remains delicious even if one's been denied to get a slice of it.
If Ballmer would have stopped the "inquisition", then to force the guy to give statement of his opinions and a chance to dazzle the audience with his highly developed IT and business skills during their conversation, I guess, the guy would have licked up the yolk from Ballmer's head, if he would've hit.
This poor guy simply realized that nobody joined him, or at least boooh-ed with him at Ballmer after the first egg, so he went on with the second and third to save his concept, but then he got confused. (I think he was even thankful for getting stopped. He also might have seen some scenes on Youtube and tried to sample them.) However, finally his "revolution" has been set back.
Nonetheless the guy's been absolutely right with his opinion: the Hungarian state hasn't got the funds to buy the "unreliable" IT stuff from Microsoft, and the only reason they do is, that Microsoft tries to force the whole world, - using their shady business practices - to buy their products.
Some Hungarian businesses also suffered outrageous prosecutions of the local BSA. But this is a more complex situation than to discuss about here.
Besides: Hungary is one of those "new" european states, that gives the most capable IT technicians, and engineers as a result of the countries excellent higher education. LINUX developers are very talented and skilled here, and even the system itself is very popular.
This might even be the reason of Ballmer's visit (or should we rather call it "audit"?!)
I'm sure: Steve Jobs would've enjoyed a warm welcome!
Anyone notice that Steve-O flipped the bird while saying that he lost his train of thought? Looks like he totally meant to do it too!
