Unless you hold it all the time, its useless to keep you cool and quiet ;) And if you hold it yourself all the time, it makes you ineffective and not-working xD

I thought that fan was some fancy print design, then i realised its a whopping fan. I think i need some glasses.
Call me crazy but putting an 8 inch fan near my crotch isn't my idea of fun...
