CE-Oh no he didn't! Part LVI: Dell states, for the record, he could take Jobs in a fight

Michael Dell's been up on stage here at D for a solid 45 minutes and has yet to say anything particularly interesting (unless you consider rattling off numbers about unit growth, margins, etc. fascinating), but the man got his chance during the audience Q&A. Someone asked if he could take Steve Jobs in a fight, and Dell flatly replied, "Yeah, I could take him." Now there's a fight we'd pay good money to see.

Perhaps Mr. Dell was inebriated. It's the only explanation. One would think that running a major corporation would require some "class" and "style". Then again, DELL is synonymous with Microsoft when it comes to logic, truth and classy demeanor. Case in point. Ballmer and his over the top display of theatrics that border on the insane.

Alright ef15e, I don't know what reports you are looking at but I'm looking at the IDC (www.idc.com)...they are pretty much the industry defacto within this realm. I won't fanboy jibber-jabber like yourself. Have a look:

Sure, if you want to slice and dice every way that's cool. Apple has 14% market share in the retail sector of PCs sold over $1000. Does that make you pee your pants?? How about if we look at Mac owning, blonde hair people living in the 805 area code driving a Toyota. That may get your numbers up too.

So please, AGAIN, post something to back your claims because you are WRONG AGAIN....with pretty much everything. I don't even want to touch the "invented the personal computer" comment.

This is a pretty silly arguement.
I don't wanna see Michael Dell go up against Steve Jobs, I wanna see Billy G. and Steve Jobs finally duke it out.

Oh and Let's not forget the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation gave 8.6 Billion to organizations tied directly to Eugenics. Now that's when you wanna start thinking about getting out the old snake pit.

And BTW, what did Linus do to be put on this list?
